Today, many people die of depression. People may think "why do people just end their lives, if it was depression, I am sure they could have had it fixed."
But it is not that, depression is one of the major causes of loneliness and thoughts that become a burden upon them. This comes to one point where a person can just not take it anymore and finally, seeing no other option, they end their lives. Just to get free themselves.
In the recent deaths caused by depression, one can see the recent deaths which were caused by depression are celebrities. No one knows the trouble of the glamour life and the pressure that comes along with it.
Here are some celebrities who died of depression:
1. Robin Williams:
Robin William was an actor who died when he was 63 years old. He was known for his comedic acts. When he died he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and dementia. They thought that were the reasons why he died but his close family, relatives and friends confirmed that the actor was severly depressed.
2. Jonghyun Kim:
Jonghyun Kim, lead singer of Kpop boy group SHINee died because of major depression in 2017, aged 27. No one knows for how long he was depressed, not even his family members or close friends. Everyone thoughts he was happy man until one day his sister received a message from him telling them to let go of him and later on finding him unconscious in his hotel apartment.
3. Sawyer Sweeten:
Sawyer Sweeten famous for his role in the sitcom, "Everybody Loves Raymond", is the youngest in the list of people who died from depression. He died at age 19, after the sitcom ended. The cause of his death being financial problems which he couldn't handle anymore.
4.L'Wren Scott:
L'Wren Scott, aged 49 died of depression. She didn't leave a note like the other cases. In her case people just say that depression took the best of her. She was a successful fashion designer who was at the top of her career, but due to some toxic relationships, ended her life.
5. Yong Ha Park:
Yong Ha Park, died at the age of 32, after his split with his manager and was stressed managing his own affairs. He faced more pressure after his father was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer. He eventually died of depression and just like the case of L'Wren Scott, did not leave a note.
